Over the last forty years, Tuckahoe Montessori School has grown from its beginnings in a one-room schoolhouse serving a small group of children between the ages three to six to a school that spans the toddler years through elementary school. TMS seeks to find a certified Elementary teacher to continue the growth of our program. Our Elementary program has been consistently growing based on our reputation of meeting each child where they are and from a growth mindset cultivating them into global citizens. We are looking for a guide to bring energy and passion to our program through and adherence to Montessori’s principles.

Williamsburg Montessori School seeks an Assistant for our Lower Elementary classroom (ages 6-9) for the 2020-2021 school year. The assistant will support the Lead teachers in the preparation and organization of the classroom and will demonstrate respect, cooperation and professionalism when working with students and colleagues. Additional duties include supervision of children in the classroom, on the playground and on field trips.
The successful candidate will have experience working with elementary children and an interest in Montessori philosophy. Bachelor's degree required.
This is a full-time, 10 month position with benefits with the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.

World Community Education Center is seeking an Upper Elementary teacher for a mixed age (9-12) classroom of 7 to 10 students, to begin August 2020. We seek a dedicated and nurturing individual, enthusiastic about children and eager to join our small, family-oriented community on a beautiful rural campus. The ideal educator will guide students’ academic, social, physical, emotional and spiritual needs; challenging each child to reach his/her fullest potential, in accordance with the Montessori philosophy.

Fiore Montessori School
Immediate opening for an AMI trained Assistant to Infancy guide for our toddler environment. This class serves children ages 16 months to 36 months.
Fiore is an AMI school with a charming home-like environment indoors, a lovely outdoor space that is directly outside the classroom as well as a separate entrance for toddlers. We are proud of the naturally constructed toddler yard and walkways which have been beautifully landscaped to inspire movement and exploration. Our school currently enrolls up to 99 students which includes one toddler classroom, three primary classrooms, one of which is an all day Montessori environment and a 6-12 elementary class.
We are located in Vienna, Virginia and convenient to Washington DC. The campus is located in a neighborhood setting directly across the street from a large botanical garden and less than a mile from Wolf Trap Performing Arts Center.
