BethAnn Slater has been the Head of School at Middleburg Montessori in Virginia since taking over the school in 2003. BethAnn began teaching third grade in public school after receiving a BS from Virginia Tech in Family and Child Development. Returning to her childhood roots in Montessori, she has been a AMI Primary teacher since 1999 when she earned her AMI diploma in Cleveland Ohio in conjunction with her masters of Education from Loyola University. She is currently an AMI 3-6 Auxiliary Trainer. BethAnn’s greatest joy is her family. She has four children all of which attended Montessori and Rucker, her Montessori husband of 29 years!
