Metta Montessori School is looking for the right person to guide their new toddler classroom. We are located in the vibrant heart of South Arlington surrounded by restaurants, stores, and many housing options. Our children walk to the library, the nearby senior center, and park. Our older children use the metro to enjoy the museums downtown. We are a community of learners: children and teachers evolving and growing together in a supportive community.

As a teacher, you will be supported by our AMI trained director and fellow teachers. You will work closely with the lead A-I teacher with years of experience. Above all, you will be surrounded by an incredibly supportive community of parents. You have an A-I, AMI certification/have experience in a Montessori toddler community and is wanting to take the training. You are flexible, adaptable, and open to learning. You appreciate cultural diversity and incorporate it into your teaching. You can work with others, is responsible, hard-working, and organized. Above all, you are humble and ready to follow the child.
