With 10 years of running a successful primary and toddler program we are embarking in a new direction and starting an elementary program. We are looking for a AMI elementary teacher with a pioneering spirit. You have the possibility to make this class your own. Our head of school is both AMI primary and elementary trained and is a trained Montessori coach/mentor, and is ready to support you. You must be ready to apply your training through rigorous lesson planning, observation, record keeping and constantly evolving to meet the needs of your students. Strong communication skills are a must. We have a parent community that is 100% involved and ready to support "going out", or any classroom projects. We are located in a vibrant city location with easy access by Metro to museums and sights in the capital. Our salaries are generous with health and retirement benefits. For the right candidate, we will consider a 4-day week.
