DESCRIPTION: The teacher is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the classroom environment. Teachers will direct, stimulate, and guide classroom activities. Teacher that understands the Montessori Curriculum and is able to direct students in that curriculum. ​

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a Montessori classroom setting, references that indicate an understanding of the Montessori history, philosophy and practice. ​

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Montessori Credentials or Indiana Professional Educator License ​
