Speakers: Multiple leaders from different VA schools will share about their schools' scholarship programs
January 15, 2025: Leading Your Staff Towards a Healthy Community
Speaker: Kathy Minardi is Executive Director and trainer for Whole School Leadership Institute, a non-profit for Montessori leadership training. She will share some key leadership areas for Heads to include in creating and sustaining a staff community that is healthy, safe and trusting, and provides a sense of belonging.”
