Kelley Flanders

Kelley has been an Independent school educator for over 20 years, she worked as the Dean of Admission at Stuart Hall school and discovered Staunton Montessori on their campus. She joined the Staunton Montessori as a board member in 2003 and later that year as a parent. Kelley was named Head of School at Staunton Montessori in 2009 and continues in that role. She has recently completed the Whole School Leadership Cohort “Montessori Leadership: Transforming Self, Community & Society” in conjunction with Loyola University.
