Rebecca received her doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of Delaware and has been active in the area of teacher program accreditation for the past 13 years with 20 years of experience in teaching in public and private sector. She has served as the Vice President for Membership for the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) and a member of the design team for the unification of TEAC and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) for the formation of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). She currently serves on the CAEP Accreditation Council and Inquiry Brief Commission and as the President of the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE).
