Acknowledging Our Historical Truth… A Necessary Path to Reconciliation

Racism is a major force that contributes to inequality in America. Acknowledging our shared historical truth is necessary to achieve reconciliation. This presentation will address how the fundamental ideas of a new nation shaped our country's beliefs about race, anti-Blackness, and white supremacy today. This legacy continues to undermine the human rights of many.
