The Montessori Administrators Community meets monthly to offer connection, conversation, and practical support for school leaders. Each virtual session focuses on a relevant topic in Montessori administration, with time to reflect, share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another.
In June, we’ll gather to close out the school year and look ahead with intention. Our discussion will focus on staff support, teacher retention, school culture, and planning for the year to come. This informal, interactive session will offer Montessori administrators across Virginia an opportunity to share challenges, exchange ideas, and leave with practical strategies and renewed connection.
