Working with Neurodivergent children in the Montessori classroom

Working in a Montessori community feels peaceful, satisfying, purposeful and enlightening. It is also hard, challenging and at times, overwhelming. Sometimes we can feel at a loss for what to do to support all the children that come into our environment. We want and hope that our Montessori practice will support all the needs we encounter. But sometimes, we and our students need more.

To develop a better understanding of the needs, in this presentation we will explore definitions, strategies and tools that will support you and the children you work with every day.
