The Montessori Teacher Academy of Northern Virginia (MTANV) has now joined the list of MACTE-accredited training centers that can offer up to $4000 in scholarship to individuals who want to become trained Montessori educators. Located in Loudoun County, MTANV offers a 12-month program at the Infant/Toddler level over two summers and one school year. Their intensive summer sessions feature in-person course content, with a practicum in an approved Infant/Toddler environment during the school year.

In addition to MTANV, Early Childhood and Infant/Toddler educators who would like to continue or start their Montessori studies may apply for a Virginia Child Care Provider Scholarship next spring through these other three approved training centers:  

Virginia Montessori Teacher Education Center

Virginia Center for Montessori Studies

Montessori Institute of McLean
