Generations Montessori School of Charlottesville is proudly entering our 10th year of nurturing young minds. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Primary Guide to join our close-knit and collaborative team, for Fall 2025.


  • Set up classroom and change out units throughout the year

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times

  • Exhibit a genuine, nurturing, caring attitude to all students

  • Create a positive team environment by leading with integrity, offering constructive feedback, and guiding colleagues to meet shared educational goals

  • Complete at least 16 hours of professional development each year

  • Be familiar with the regulations set out by the Virginia Department of Social Services
