Are you passionate about Montessori and ready to make a direct impact? Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking dedicated Montessori Early Childhood Instructional Assistants for a new Montessori program starting in the 2025-2026 school year at Bucknell Elementary School in Alexandria, Virginia.
Instructional Assistants will support learning experiences in primary mixed-age classrooms of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten level students. This is a unique opportunity to support a new Montessori program in FCPS!
