Are you a passionate and experienced Montessorian ready to make a direct impact? Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking dedicated Montessori Early Childhood Teachers for a new Montessori program starting in the 2025-2026 school year at Bucknell Elementary School in Alexandria, Virginia.

Montessori Early Childhood Teachers will guide and facilitate learning experiences in a primary mixed-age classroom of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten level students, providing for the planning, assessment, instruction, communication, human relations, safety, and management of the instructional setting. This is a unique opportunity to bring your Montessori experience to a new program in FCPS!
