The Del Ray Montessori School (DRMS), located in the charming Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA, is seeking exceptional Primary and Elementary Montessori educators to join our team for the 2026-27 school year.
We are looking for enthusiastic, collaborative candidates who hold an AMI Primary (3–6) and/or Elementary diploma, and who are deeply committed to Montessori education, promoting diversity, supporting inclusion, and celebrating belonging. DRMS is a small, close-knit school community with one toddler classroom, two primary classrooms, and one elementary classroom. Hold an AMI Primary and/or Elementary diploma
Have experience guiding a Primary or Elementary Montessori classroom

Exhibit professionalism, collaboration, and a strong team-oriented mindset
Authorization to work in the United States
