Aquinas and Old Town Montessori School is seeking Montessori teacher's assistants (Part Time at our Old Town campus and Full Time at our Aquinas campus) to become part of our close knit community. Part time Montessori teacher's assistants work from 8 am to 1 pm and full time assistants work from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm We operate on a school year calendar from September to early June. We host a summer camp at our Aquinas Montessori campus in the Mount Vernon area which can offer additional summer employment opportunities.


Qualified applicants should have a strong interest in understanding child development and in creating respectful and patient interactions with young children. Familiarity with Montessori is most welcome. Ability to pass a background check and to work for any employer in the US is a requirement for this position.


Aquinas and Old Town Montessori Schools have been operating in northern Virginia since 1965, providing high fidelity Montessori education.
