First-ever, statewide survey on Montessori teacher pay!
In June and July 2022, the Virginia Montessori Association collected data from its Montessori Member Schools on teacher compensation and benefits.
The survey, which was anonymous except for the Ready Region each school was located in, had the following objectives:

To help the Virginia Montessori community determine what role, if any, compensation is playing in the teacher shortage crisis.

To help schools compete in the recruiting and retention marketplace.​
