Generations Montessori School of Charlottesville is seeking a caring and dedicated Assistant Guide for our Primary Program, starting Fall 2025. As we proudly enter our 10th year serving families in the Charlottesville area, we’re looking for someone to grow with us and bring warmth, professionalism, and a love for early childhood education to our community.


  • Assist the lead teacher in managing the 3 to 6 year old students

  • Assist in ensuring the physical and emotional well being of the children

  • Complete at least 16 hours of professional development each year
