Generations Montessori School of Charlottesville is seeking a caring and dedicated Lead Guide for our Infant Program, starting Fall 2025. As we proudly enter our 10th year serving families in the Charlottesville area, we’re looking for someone to grow with us and bring warmth, professionalism, and a love for early childhood education to our community.


  • Set up classroom and change out units throughout the year

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times

  • Exhibit a genuine, nurturing, caring attitude to all students

  • Create a positive team environment by leading with integrity, offering constructive feedback, and guiding colleagues to meet shared educational goals

  • Complete at least 16 hours of professional development each year

  • Be familiar with the regulations set out by the Virginia Department of Social Services
