For more than 40 years, WCM has provided a values-based education in a community setting where we focus our curriculum on nurturing values such as compassion, tolerance, and peace. WCM's campus is located on 80 acres with nature trails, a lush stream valley, a pond, a large organic garden, rescue donkeys, and plenty of wildlife! Students and teachers are encouraged to explore and use the natural environment as a learning space. Students enjoy opportunities to be outdoors on our beautiful playgrounds, soccer field, and basketball court. Our teachers enjoy a supportive faculty community, well-equipped classrooms, and support for continuing education. We are seeking passionate, dedicated educators to join our team.
