Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Primary Guide to lead a 3-6-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate will create a child-centered, developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the Montessori philosophy and fosters independence, creativity, and a love of learning.
Responsibilities:
Guide children through individualized and small-group lessons based on Montessori principles.
Prepare and maintain an engaging, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.
Foster a respectful, peaceful, and inclusive classroom culture.
Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to support the school’s mission.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Qualifications:
Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE certified training) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for Montessori education and a commitment to fostering student independence.
