Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Primary Guide to lead a 3-6-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate will create a child-centered, developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the Montessori philosophy and fosters independence, creativity, and a love of learning.

Responsibilities:

• Guide children through individualized and small-group lessons based on Montessori principles.

• Prepare and maintain an engaging, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.

• Foster a respectful, peaceful, and inclusive classroom culture.

• Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.

• Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to support the school’s mission.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Qualifications:

Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE certified training) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for Montessori education and a commitment to fostering student independence.
