MSNV has two teaching positions open for the 2019-2020 school year, a Preprimary Lead Teacher at our Falls Church campus and a Lower Elementary Lead Teacher at our Annandale campus.

We are looking for lead teachers who are certified to teach in each respective discipline. The Lead Teacher will challenge each child to reach their fullest potential in accordance with the Montessori curriculum and approach to education.

Fiore Montessori School is seeking a lead teacher for our elementary class. Teacher must hold an AMI Elementary diploma. The elementary class is three years old and is growing. Fiore has a commitment to creating a strong 6-12 AMI classroom and will provide mentorship for the teacher to support them in their growth. The Plains, VA

Grace Episcopal Church, The Plains, Virginia will be opening a three classroom, faith-based Montessori school serving children 18 months-6 years, in September 2019.

We are currently accepting applications for Montessori Toddler and Primary Lead Teachers. Applicants must have a Montessori credential from a MACTE accredited program and a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a Montessori environment.

Must have taken or have a willingness to complete Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level 1 training as the spiritual guide for the school. College degree preferred but not required.

All candidates must be be dedicated to the Montessori philosophy and the spiritual development as well as education of children.

The Aquinas Montessori School is seeking an experienced AMI certified primary guide to lead one of three primary classes at our Mount Vernon location for the 2018-2019 school year. Prior AMI accredited teaching experience is preferred.

The Aquinas Montessori School is situated on nearly two wooded acres close to Mount Vernon in Northern Virginia on property formerly owned by George Washington. Established in 1965 and recognized by AMI, Aquinas Montessori started with four primary classrooms and has grown to eight classrooms - five primary, two lower elementary, one upper elementary - on two campuses.
