Montessori POD Leader

We are looking to hire a POD leader for our preschool Montessori pod. We are working with Guidepost Montessori, which is a Montessori school that provides training to POD leaders in Montessori methods (the training is three weeks). There is a POD leader/teacher training coming up at the end of September and we are trying to find a teacher/leader willing to do the training and become our POD leader. Guidepost provides a curriculum and supplies. Currently, our POD has four four-year old boys in it. The POD will be located in Arlington/Fairfax, Virginia. Background in early childhood education/Montessori education preferred!
