Primary Assistant Guides

Heaven's Best Montessori LLC is hiring for Assistant Guides at its Fairfax, VA location. This position is an hourly paid position. We offer competitive pay depending upon experience, Paid time off, paid holidays, paid Winter break, employee discounts, and bonuses throughout the year.

​We are looking for individuals who have a passion for Montessori and working with children ages 3 to 6 years. This position requires you to support the Lead Guide in the day to day operations of the classroom, providing a safe and clean learning environment for all children in your care. You will be able to participate in training as required by licensing and the school. Report to work at your scheduled time, participate in parent observation days and other duties upon request.
