The Old Town Montessori School in Alexandria, Virginia has a fall opening in a well-established classroom for an AMI-trained primary guide. We welcome applicants who are experienced teachers or recent graduates.

Old Town Montessori School is situated in the beautiful and historic district of Old Town Alexandria, an area filled with colonial ambiance and charming restaurants and shops. We are a short drive to the National Mall and all the history, monuments, and museums that Washington, DC has to offer.
Our school is part of the larger Aquinas Montessori School located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria.

We seek an organized, warm, flexible primary guide with Montessori qualifications who is authorized to work in the US and is able to communicate effectively and professionally with parents, students, and staff. A positive attitude and sensitivity to confidentiality are essential characteristics for the ideal candidate.

Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience and competitive with private Montessori schools in the area.
