Primary Lead Guides

Heaven's Best Montessori LLC is hiring for Lead Guides at its Fairfax, VA location. We are looking for Lead Guides who are certified in Primary level Montessori. We offer competitive salary, employee discounts, Paid time off, paid holidays, paid Winter Break, and bonuses throughout the year.

This position is from 8 am-4pm Monday-Friday. We are a year round program with summer camp. Responsibilities require you to present the Montessori pedagogy to the families and children we serve daily. Daily record keeping on Montessori Compass.

​Lead Guides are responsible for the health and safety of all children in their care. You will conduct Parent teacher conferences, parent observation days, participate in training sessions required by licensing and the school, and report to staff meetings. Lead Guides are also responsible for representing the school in a positive professional manner.
